Wellbeing isn't just about fruits, fitness and flu shots. Mental wellbeing is as important as our physical wellbeing. Same way as we are able to work on our physical health, we are able to improve our mental wellbeing. Research shows that happier people are more successful in nearly every domain of life - both personally and professionally. They are more productive, feel less lonely and live longer.
My workshops and talks are all based on the principles of positive psychology. This cutting-edge approach to wellbeing changed my life, and now I’m passionate about sharing the science with others so that they can learn the evidence-based ways to thrive in the world.
As a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner (CAPP) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC, ACC), I bring a variety of tools and ways for you to learn how to feel better, do better, and ultimately thrive in the world.

What kind of workshops and talks?
All my workshops are interactive and we can build your workshop according to your wishes and needs. I usually tailor-make the content to your specific needs as I believe that no one wellbeing tool fits for all and therefore it’s essential to know what your needs are.
I bring a lot of fun and positivity with me because that’s just who I am! I don’t do just-sit-and-watch-my slides type of workshops, I love having participants join the flow in one way or another and I try to make it as engaging as possible.
The workshops I’ve organized in the past range between one-hour long webinars and three-hour long team-building workshops to workshops that last for multiple days.
